In 2020, Alan authored We Are All Customers! The book integrates the tenets of building customer loyalty with the realities of today's social culture. The true stories help you understand customer feelings toward your brand and how to affect those experiences so customers return to you and not your competitors. His website features three eLearning courses that will empower everyone on your team to improve customer experiences immediately. Alan's purpose for creating his courses is to help entry-level team members and new managers learn and implement the people skills that promote customer loyalty.

Executive Training Leader

Alan earned multiple corporate awards for successfully training more than 50 managers and area directors during his 42-year leadership career. He authored three skills-based corporate training programs which emphasized company values, mission and leadership expectations. The flexibility and practical design of the program recognizes the trainee's skill-sets and prior work history to allow for the personalization of training experiences to foster success.

Academic Accomplishments

While leading his high-performing management training restaurants, Alan earned his Bachelor in Business Management in 2012 and Master of Science in Leader Development in 2013. He earned his Doctorate in Adult Education and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University in 2019. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Digital Strategic Communication at the University of Tennessee.
